Calendar Policy

• We generally do not post events for you: All events are self - posted.
• All events are subject to approval.

• Events that incorporate music, art, theatre, dance, history, literary arts, or culture are our focus.That said listings should be related in some way to one or more of the following areas: arts, culture, education, or history.
• Listings should be for not-for-profit events or listed by non-profit organizations.

• Fundraising events for any of these related areas are welcome, particularly if they benefit the arts in San Antonio.

• We will gladly allow posting of social and human services events by qualified non-profit organizations, if they have an arts, cultural, or related component.

• While it does not cost anything to post your events on our Calendar, we do encourage that you build a relationship with us and support the arts in San Antonio through one or more of the following ways:

• Organizations: we hope you would consider hosting a workplace campaign  or schedule a presentation for theFund.

• Individuals: We hope that you are a FUNd card donor and if you follow Facebook and Twitter, be our friend. Help us to spread our mission to your friends and the community  - to support San Antonio's arts and culture. Want to do more? Volunteer for theFund, Volunteer for Luminaria, become an art advocate.
