Hope for the Future Art Show and Sale

Magna Spe Repleti! will bring together artists and art enthusiasts from our community in an evening overflowing with Hope for the Future for children.  Proceeds from the art show benefit the
Hope for the Future tuition assistance program in its mission is to give every child an opportunity to receive an academically rigorous and value-centered Catholic school education. 

Calendar

• Entry deadline: Monday, October 18, 2010
• Notification of entry status by e-mail within one week of submission or by Friday, October 22, 2010
• Delivery of art work (to Plaza Lecea): Wednesday, November 8, 2010 by 5 pm
• Art Show and Sale: Thursday, November 9, 2010, 6:30 – 8:30 pm
• Pick up of art work: November 10, 2010, by 5 pm

Eligibility

• Pieces must be original works by the artist.
• Art works must be ready to display.
• Submissions from any art form accepted, both 2-D and 3-D.
• Art works can not exceed 48” x 48” or weigh more than 50 pounds.

• Include credit information for art work (title, year, medium, size) and contact information for artist (address, email, phone).

Entry Fee

• There is no entry fee

Liability

• Hope for the Future will endeavor to provide a safe display for the art show, but if needed, requests artists to carry their own insurance.

Sales

• Sales are encouraged.  The proceeds will be split at 50% each between the artist and
  Hope for the Future.
