City Base location is moving to a new state-of-the-art facility with a new name on May 1st. Roosevelt Wellness Center will begin patient care that afternoon for enhanced Primary Care, Well+Being Exams, Physical Therapy, and much more.

April: Nutrition’s Role in Health and Healing
Making informed dietary choices is crucial in maintaining a happy and healthy lifestyle.  What you consume plays a critical role in overall health and weight, as well as your energy levels, mood, sleep quality, organ function, disease management, and recovery from illness or injury.  In April, we focus on a couple of issues that are directly impacted by what we put in our body: Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD).  Click the links below to read the articles and learn more.

We had our first line dancing classes in January, and they were a great success. Our participants exercised while learning the Tamia line dance, a 5-part, repetitive, slow R&B dance. The group quickly mastered the routine and showed off their dancing skills while having a great time.
